## How to Create Bybit API Key?

Before everything starts, please ensure that your spot account (for spot trading) and perpetual futures account (for futures trading) have sufficient balance. If the balance is insufficient, you need to transfer funds first. This is to ensure that Ant’s spot or futures trading robots can run smoothly.

**Tips**

1. Please use the classic account to connect API Key and avoid upgrading to the unified trading account which will prevent you from holding long and short positions simultaneously.
2. Upgraded traders can reconnect API Key by creating a subaccount.

**Step 1: Log in to your Bybit account with your web browser and click on the \[API Management] option in the drop-down menu on the profile icon in the upper right corner.**

**Step 2: Click \[Create New Key] on the API Management page.**

**Step 3: Click \[System generated API Keys].**

**Step 4: Fill in the creation information and click \[Submit].**

**Please enter the complete eight IP addresses of AntBot: 101.36.117.216,165.154.41.100,36.255.222.23,165.154.60.7,101.36.127.124,101.36.108.79,122.10.161.141,165.154.60.119,165.154.44.65**

**Step 5: Complete the Security Verification.**

**Step 6: The API has been successfully created. Please copy the API Key and API Secret Key before clicking \[Understood].**

**Step 7: Go back to AntBot’s API binding, paste the API key and the Secret Key, then click \[Bind] to complete the API binding.**
